1. General Refund Policy:

At Turns and Loops, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality figure skating supplies and exceptional service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund policy. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1. Refund Process:

To initiate a refund, please email us at returns@turnsandloops.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of the item. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

1. Refund Eligibility:

We only accept refunds for items that are unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in their original packaging. If we receive a returned item that is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or issue a partial refund. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

1. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at returns@turnsandloops.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Once we receive the damaged or defective item, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement, depending on the availability of the item.

1. Refund Payment:

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

1. Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow our refund process and place a new order for the item you would like to receive.

1. International Orders:

Please note that we do not offer refunds on international orders, unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
