At Turns and Loops, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer an exchange policy to ensure that you receive the products that best meet your needs.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and must not have been used or worn. The exchange must be requested within 14 days of receipt of the product.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a store credit or send out the requested exchange item, depending on your preference.
