Our apparel adheres to clothing standards for a true-to-size fit, generally aligned with your gymnast's regular street clothing size. It's important to avoid using other leotard brands as a reference point, as sizing can vary significantly between brands.

To ensure the best fit, consult our up-to-date size chart and measure your gymnast, referencing the chart for guidance. When in doubt between two sizes, opt for the one closest to your gymnast's torso measurement, as this is crucial for a proper fit.

Please take note that our Junior (JR) size has been renamed to Child X-Large (CXL). In the event your item doesn't fit as expected, we offer free first-time exchanges, subject to eligibility and availability. For custom items, please be aware that they are final sale, so consider sizing up for room to grow.

Our athletic apparel is meticulously crafted to surpass industry longevity standards. When subjected to the rigors of sports, our garments typically maintain their quality for approximately 1.5-2 years, provided that care instructions are diligently followed.

For optimal care, we recommend hand washing your apparel inside out in cold water using a mild detergent, followed by gentle air drying. It's important to avoid using Woolite, granular detergents, fabric softeners, or bleach, and refrain from ironing.

Keep in mind that embellishments like crystals and graphics may experience wear due to abrasion, and contact with Velcro on mats and gym equipment can lead to damage. Handle mesh, lace, and delicate details with care, and when wearing strappy leotards, pull them up by the body to minimize stress at the seams.
